Snowflakes Layout by ~ Helena Johansson Featuring Sprightly Sprockets Dies

Hi everybody! Happy Holidays to all!

Today I have a winter layout to share, using GCD Studios and Donna's beautiful Natural Beauty collection. As a base I have used Casual Elegance B, and I have made a pattern using texture paste and a 8x10 Alphabet stencil from Want2Scrap and Donna. When the texture paste had dried I sprayed some Smooch Spritz, Green Olive, on several spots. I then layered pieces of Natural Beauty, Flying Free A under the photo of my daughter when she played in the snow last winter.

To create snowflakes for this page I decided to use Donna's and Spellbinders Sprightly Sprockets dies, the four smallest sizes. I decorated them using Smooch Spritz Green Olive, bling from Want2Scrap and Donna that coordinates with the sprockets, and on some I put glossy varnish in the middle and sprinkled some of Donna's Fairy Dust glitter on.

Here's a photo of my "snowflakes" before I added them to my layout:

Here are a few close-ups of my layout:

Thank you for stopping by today!
xoxo
Helena
