Happy Birthday, Michele!

Happy Birthday to my sweet friend, Michele!

Michele, who is the owner of Want2Scrap, is one of the most tender hearted ladies in this industry. She is very genuine and making sure that her customers are happy is incredibly important to her. I was introduced to Michele at a trade show a couple years ago. We quickly became friends and soon after we put our heads together to come up with some new products. Now I have a bunch of AWESOME stuff with Want2Scrap (you can check out our goodies HERE).
Today a lot of people, who are happy to call Michele their friend, have decided to celebrate her by creating birthday cards using her favorites... pink, black and lots of BLING! We'd love for you to share some birthday love for her on the Want2Scrap facebook page HERE. And though it is her birthday, we've got prizes for you!

You can catch all the links for this blog hop on the Want2Scrap blog HERE and enter the drawing for their giveaway.

I used my Family Jeans paper line from GCD Studios for the background papers. The Mulberry paper in the center of the card is from the Mix'd Media Stax 2 and I used the Houndstooth stencil from Want2Scrap on it. I created a resist using Liquitex Heavy Gel Medium on the Mulberry paper then once it was dry I used my Chiffon Mix'd Media Inx with Woodstain Smooch Spritz and water. I used Chiffon and Truffle Mix'd Media inx on the cardboard and edges of the card. I was able to sparkle up the center of the Sprockets bling with Fairydust Glitter after adhering it to the cardboard sprocket.

I used my Donna's Alphas for the parenthesis. I used the Sprightly Sprocket dies and Spellbinder's Fancy Tags Two dies with the compatible Fancy Tags bling and Sprockets bling from Want2Scrap. I also used my 8x10 cardboard from Want2Scrap on the cover.

We've got a giveaway for you too!

We are also doing an extra giveaway for this hop. Just use Rafflecopter below to enter your name in the drawing for a Sprightly Sprockets Chipboard Album!
