Here are the measurements so you can make your own box top for your bag.
My bag is 8 1/2 inches wide with a 4 3/4 inch gusset. I wanted a 1 1/2 inch lid so I added 3 inches (1 1/2 inches times 2) to the length and side. So with the width of the bag being 8 1/2 inches, it meant that my paper needed to be 11 1/2 inches. The gusset of the bag is 4 3/4 inches, so it meant that the other side of my paper needed to be 7 3/4 inches.
If you follow this example you can make a box top for any size bag!
